Tube is out!!!!
Hes on a high flow nasal cannula,which is a lot of oxygen with a flow behind it & so far hes doing great!He gets scared when he coughs,because for the first time ever hes coughing into his mouth!He sounds SOOO different ,but once the swelling goes away then we will have his true voice.They had to check his blood levels & he said to the nurse "go away you mean lady".....So far that's all he said & "Go away!"I will post pics in a bit.............Love,Angie

Yeah. All signs point to good! Fingers crossed for the coming hours and days and continued improvement. Parker was hoarse for a week or so. In fact, we couldn't hear his cry at all until we were down on B5 for a few days. Give that boy a big squeeze for me! I am so excited for you guys I could just cry. -Suzanne
he looks soo good!its weird seeing him without the trache...how many liters of oxygen is he on?
im gunna guess like 3..well hopefully everything goes good (which it will)..ayden has come such a long way and im proud of him! i wish i was their with you guys :(. damn school...
He is even smiling in that pic hes prolli just happy he got that damn tube out.

ps. brett and i are watching your daughter..and she is a little grumper today
shes taking a nap right now so we get a break.
Tell Ayden that uncle brett is gunna draw him a picture of anything he wants!
oh yeah we showd ava a picture of ayden on the computer and she started smiling she misses her big brother!
